THE NATIONAL ACADEMY OF BALLET (NAB) was Thalia’s celebrated school in New
York City (1962 – 1973). Many of her students went on to careers with major
ballet companies.
Jolinda Menendez went on to have a career as a major Soloist with American
Ballet Theatre and was the Prima Ballerina with the Munich Opera Ballet.
Clark Tippet became Principal Dancer and later, a choreographer with American
Ballet Theatre.
Michael Wasmund had a career with the Strutgard Ballet and the Houston Ballet. |
